At Titan Icons, we take copyright infringement very seriously. All of our website content is protected by a federal copyright registration, filed January 20, 2004. According to international and US copyright laws 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq., anyone found to have willfully infringed our rights could be liable for statutory damages as high as $150,000 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2).
Our non exclusive products are sold with a shared non transferable license. Anyone found in possession of these products without a valid purchase license ID number, will be referred to our legal team for further investigation. If you have purchased a product license, but cannot find it, please contact our billing department for assistance. It’s very important that you keep all purchase records, as your purchase number will act as your product license ID. If you do not possess a valid product license, you are prohibited from using or publishing any of our non exclusive products.
All of our graphics and photos are protected with an internally embedded digital watermark by Digimarc Corporation. Each photo contains a unique Digimarc ID, that can only be detected by a highly sensitive digital watermark reader. This process helps secure our copyrights, and allows us to easily identify stolen images.
