All of the products offered at Titan Icons are customizable for an additional fee. If you’re interested in having an item changed to better suit your project needs, please send our design staff an email for a price quote. Please be sure and include the product ID number in the email, as well as a detailed description of the requested changes to be made.
Less complex custom changes to products, such as color changes, drop shadow additions, and logo insertion, are usually completed in 2 business days. More complex modifications may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the difficulty level of the task.
Due to the design and file nature of some products, certain custom changes may not be possible. In these cases, it may be possible to custom design a product from the ground up instead, please contact our design staff for consultation.
Custom design fees for any project must be paid in full before a custom project is started. Our minimum custom design fee is currently $25. After a project is approved by our design staff, a payment invoice will be emailed to you with payment instructions. Your custom order will be processed as soon as the full fee is received.
