All of our individual product descriptions include a list of the file format types included with that particular item. If there are more than one file type mentioned, this indicates that several different file types will be included with the delivered product.
If at any time you need your purchased item formatted into a file type not included with the initial delivered packet, please contact our customer service department for further assistance. If we are able to convert the file into a format that better suits your project needs, we will do so free of charge. There are no additional fees for basic file conversions post purchase. We can convert files to be compatible with both PC and Mac operating systems.
Most online icon companies only offer icons in pre formatted packages, consisting of bundled sizes and formats they think you’ll need. At Titan Icons, we send you the full size high resolution PSD or PNG image with every purchase, as well preformatted files. This allows you the freedom to resize the original file yourself exactly to the size you need, without hassles. All of our icon PSD files are layered, meaning you can add a drop shadow to the object, or easily change the color of the background.
Logo and web template fonts are included with the delivered item packages when necessary. These fonts come in both PC and Mac formats.
