Non exclusive products are products that are sold more than once. These items are a part of our permanent product offering, and will not be removed from the catalogue after being purchased.
Non exclusive products are sold on a shared license, and can not be individually trademarked or copyrighted. Titan Icons retains the exclusive copyrights on all non exclusive products.
Non exclusive items are royalty free. The purchase price of non exclusive items is the only licensing fee you’ll ever have to pay. The non transferable licensing on non exclusive products does not expire, and is valid for the life of the purchaser.
We do allow our non exclusive products to be modified or changed at the discretion of the license holder. Titan Icons also offers custom design services, where our design staff can make any required changes to the product for a fee.
In purchasing a non exclusive item from our website, the buyer agrees to our sale terms and conditions, which strictly prohibits the item or items from being resold or redistributed in any way, modified or unmodified, without prior written consent from Titan Icons. Our purchase agreement also prohibits any of our products from being used as the basis for pay per click ad schemes, or any other online marketing scams.
