Titan Icons offers two methods of product delivery. For small size orders such as logos and individual icons, the files are delivered by email as a zipped attachment. You will need to have the necessary software to open the .zip files. For large orders such as icon packages and web templates, a download link will be provided to you. Download links remain live for 3 days after the purchase date, after which they expire. If your download link expires before you are able to access your purchased files, please contact our customer service department for a new download link.
We do not offer postal delivery services of files on cds or diskettes. Because of this policy, we highly recommend that you backup your files immediately after purchase. If at any time you lose a file for any reason, please contact our customer service department for a replacement copy, be sure and provide your purchase invoice number for verification.
Order processing and delivery time is usually 2 – 8 hours. Orders are not processed immediately due to rigorous manual antifraud checks performed by our billing department. Items purchased during non business hours or holidays will be delivered the next business day. If for any reason the files will not be delivered within the standard 2 – 8 hour delivery time, we will notify you immediately after your purchase
